All people around the globe have gotten to know one another just that much better through the programming that is available from satellite TV and that can only be a positive thing. So from a global perspective, there really is nothing that can compare to satellite TV technology. The amount of work and expense that has gone into making satellite TV available to the world is astronomical. Cable companies had to dig up virtually every yard and every street in America, to get their product to market and never told anyone that in a few short decades their product would be obsolete. So now cable companies try to compete with satellite TV service providers in a turtle verses the hair type of market race. Satellite TV service providers, such as the two leading service providers in the U.S., which happen to be Direct TV and Dish Network have such a higher quantity and quality of product than cable service providers and they are even cheaper than cable. Technological developments in satellite TV programming are ongoing and things like mobile satellite service are one of the fruits of the researchers labors. Mobile satellite TV service is satellite TV that you can receive in a moving vehicle and it is already out and available to the public. A normal satellite receiver must be stationary to receive a signal but mobile satellite TV can be picked up in a bus or motor home that is driving down the road. Try calling you cable service provider and ask them if they can do that. It would take a very long piece of cable, for mobile cable service. Satellite TV programming is simply the way of the future and more and more people are switching to it each and every day. Since its development in black and white, the TV and how we use it has undergone alot of changes and developments and each one has been embraced and taken in by the viewing public and satellite technology is no different.
